100 Strong Membership Nomination Process

To maintain the integrity and mission of 100 Strong, we’ve established a new process for bringing on future members. Membership is now by nomination only and follows a thoughtful, three-step process:

1) Nomination:

  • Prospective members must be nominated by an existing 100 Strong member. Once nominated, they will be sent a private link to the membership application—not publicly available—to begin the process.

2) Board Introduction & Event Attendance:

  • Before consideration for approval, nominees must:
    • Meet with a 100 Strong board member, and
    • Attend one 100 Strong event to understand our purpose, values, and impact.
3) Board will Vote:
  • After completing the steps above, the board will vote. 

This process ensures that every new member is aligned with our values and ready to actively contribute to the 100 Strong mission.
